To be honest, never was a fan of drinking, just did it to fit in with my football crew, The oreos on the other hand. I was never really a fan, just saw a box, and was like damn I am hungry and took em to town. They were those pumpkin flavored ones that run on special around the holiday.
Say whhhhhhat?
It will be nice, I enjoy meeting up with friends I have not seen in a while, and taking out the regular girls I am close with on dates. A good way to spend some time and keep a strong friendship IMO.
You only have so long to enjoy your younger years, you have to make the most out of them, and I do not want to look back on my life regretting my past.

What are those
After todays off day, I was itching to get into the gym for my pull power day tomorrow. But for now I am heading out to catch up with some friends.
My recipes are nothing special, and they take a few minutes to really cook/prepare. I have some recipes for some crazy things like Brown Rice Bakes and Lasagna recipes, but with work and being out I have a feeling they may spoil given time.
If you guys ever want a video of anything I make just let me know.
as for JY, you dont need butter for my banana bread/blueberry bread, you can sub it for applesauce instead, and I think it tastes better.

Depending on how much bread you use adjust it.
I used 1 whole egg, 2 egg whites, 2g of cinnamon, 1 tsp of Baking Powder and 1/4 cup of milk for 6 pieces of bread
It wont be accurate, on a given day I don't eat the same foods, i wont drink the same amount of water, and depending on what i have the day before if its high in sodium it might cause me to retain some water. If you take it everyday and look for an average it would be more precise IMO. It doesn't hurt to take it everyday, its a 3 second job in the morning when I get out of bed, and its something all of Tommy's clients do, so why not. It helps with my weekly progress report I send to tommy.
Seriously I always take a few girls on dates when I come home, They always text me and say when are we going to meet up. Its just a thing we do, catch up, talk, and see what we have been doing since the last time we got together. Close friends that will always be tight by my side. I wouldn't be the same person without my bests ya know?

I swear, Bob, sludge w/ added yogurt poured over SPs should be in Genesis. "And God said 'let there be sweet potatoes covered in sludge,' and it was good." Lol. Since I'm heading to the Springs early this morning, I'm going to roll with you cool cats and knock out an early workout in a few. I remember when I used to do this all the time, but recently I'm more of a midday lifter. Shall be interesting....

You're turning into quite the culinary guru! I've been known to play Emeril/Rachel Ray-ish in the kitchen myself! I'm absolutely diggin' the mac n cheese/chicken combo! May try to find some whole wheat elbow mac and do some experimenting.

I just used Yogurt + The Peanut Butter, I had some chicken on the side... I love eating my protein instead of using whey. I try to limit whey to around workouts.
Ben you ever got any solid recipes, swing em this way. Im always down to try and cook something.
mac n cheese FTW!
Just made some crepes for the first time, ended up coming out perfect. a lot thinner than pancakes, and i didnt realize it would take me 25 minutes to cook 15 of them LOL

Your French toast looks like something else, I'm gonna give that a shot tomorrow with some double fiber bread. Expectations are high.
I'm looking for ideas on a 'healthy-junk' type of food to make... some kind of dessert that's not really dessert. What are some of your recommendations?*No sets to failure crew*
