    uphill?

so being that im really trying to cut down a ton of bodyfat, after every workout minus leg days of course i walk at about a 3.5 on a uphill of 8.5 and keep my heart rate in between 130-160, for 45 min, it seems to be working in the last 3 weeks i have lost 10 pounds and am already seeing more muscle definition, has anyone else had success with this type of cardio training?

Back in high school I did something similar to that, But I would do it running up a hill then back down a hill. My basketball coah told me if I wanted to get faster. I should running up hill then sprint back down hill. I would do this about 20 times up a really steep hill behind my house. I noticed after the first 3 weeks of me doing this. my mid section started to get really cut. I was losing body fat very fast doing this. But I was also 15 years old I know that had a lot to do with it.
