Personally some of the muscle tech stuff is way way overpriced. If your looking for some solid supplements i would go with ON 100% Golad Standard Whey and i just recently bough Universal storm(creatine) and ive heard good things about it. Also you get like 80 serving for 28 dollars.

i dont think many people like muscletech, but i have heard good things about gakic.
i also know that one of my friensd used nitrotech, and it didn't do a single thing for him but i imagine its different from person to person.
The other used celltech, and said he gained some weight from it.

Overpriced junk.
Read through the supplement section. There are more than a sufficent amount of quality logs/reviews that you can figure out what will cater you to, at least on 'paper'.

muscletech is such garbage IMO. ON is the best brand Ive found. I take their Casein, Whey, and BCAA caps and theyre all good.

I quit taking supplements (except protein, BCAA's and EFA's) last month and haven't looked back. I'm still gaining just like before and can't tell a difference.

something tells me it wasnt a post saying "wow thats impressive" but more of a post saying "you suck if you can ONLY squat that". If it was a positive statement, than I apologize, but it sure didnt seem it.
