that bench is good for benching alone!
the back spotter really cant do much if you get stuck!
the thing is build more for 2 side spots.we usually use the forza bench we got

depends what fed, for usapl heels do have to stay flat on the ground, and maybe for uspf (not sure)

i think the majority of feds dont require the foot to stay flat

yea different feds have different rules!
i get alot of leg drive when im up on my toes!
i purchased those new boots (made for powerlifting) and they really help grip the floor well!!

Unbe-fkn-leavible. Over 2x your bodyweight. Double my bodyweight has always been a goal of mine. Now the heavier I get the more my bench doesn't want to go up. Great lift!

i injured my pec a week after that lift attempting 315-10 reps!im rehabbing and gonna start a new training program i threw together!!ill keep you all posted!!
remember 1 thing about big benching!it starts with having the right mind set!!
