If you have seen the "fit show" with Charles Glass and Bob Cicherillo they do this LEG PRESS workout that will make you literally want to throw up. This is how it goes
1 set is you pyrimad down to 1 reps starting with 15 reps but your resting point is with your legs locked out. You never set the weight down when you doing your sets.
15,12,10,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 this is one set - crazy sh!t, i have not been able to complete this
