If you have seen the "fit show" with Charles Glass and Bob Cicherillo they do this LEG PRESS workout that will make you literally want to throw up. This is how it goes
1 set is you pyrimad down to 1 reps starting with 15 reps but your resting point is with your legs locked out. You never set the weight down when you doing your sets.
15,12,10,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 this is one set - crazy sh!t, i have not been able to complete this

Oooh sounds nasty which in leg day terms means fun
I always find that my leg presses make me feel sick though. Will try it though. I bet it's hard with a moderate/heavy weight.
