Good work man, keep it up. Just remember, rome wasn't built in a day. Having layne in your corner is definately a good move.

With the squat form...
There was a little bit leaning and you were kinda good morninging it out of the hole. I'd say take the negative a little slower and try not to "bounce" out of the hole.
I noticed when I kinda used to bounce out of the hole my hams/glutes were growing like crazy but my quads not so much.
Your going to compete in the fall?
slight GMing out of the hole is what I see also, i do that **** too sometimes it drives me nuts. i like your attempt at the layne strut before your set

Good workout, and good squat set, you seem to have pretty longish legs so a good morning will be tough to stop from doing, if you notice even Layne still has that happening during some squat sets, and thats fine as long as your MMC is good for legs, and thats very important IMO. It really has helped me a lot focusing more on my MMC for legs ratehr than just trying to pound out A LOT of weight.

form looks good, but your body is leaning forward a lot, maybe try lowering the bar on your traps more, or try sitting back more, heels look a little shaky, where is the weight in your feet?
Dang man we gotta have a lift sess one of these days!!!

I know what you mean I'll deffinatly try to remember not to bounce. yeah my hams and glutes are getting nice but my quads are not good advice thank you..
We'll see. Layne will decide if I have put on enough mass come the fall to see if im ready. The show is 10 miles from where i live so we will see. weither I am or im not I wanna have the mind set that i am so I have crazy motivation

Man gains are going great! the only thing that was lagging a bit was my legs, but thanks to your help and I think I got my form down/or close to it and im seeing results now. I don't wanna say anything that would get me in bad Graces with Layne. I think im alowed to post macros tho
im usually around
210-215 g protien
370-375 g carbs
60-65 g fat
not as much as one would think

Yep that sounds like a diet Layne made, read pretty much all of his articles here on bodybuilding, one on bulking described the diet and it looked alot like this, high carb, low fat (low compared to most diets) and a solid number of protein.
I'm considering hiring Layne as a personal trainer, but I can't afford to have him follow my diet, routine and supplementation, though I am considering one of his Training only packages...

pay him for the diet consule, I hired him for training and diet, but your routine is working for you so really no need to pay him for training and it will save you money.. his diet and how he modifies it week too week and to fit you is amazing doode is a wizard. I have not put on more then 5 pounds of fat hiring him and I always put fat on when i used to try and bulk.. and I was always carb sensitive, over 210 g of carbs and poof I got gained bf FAST no way i thought id be having close to 400. he kicked my metabolism in the ASS! his diet also in 10 weeks kick my low test levals from being anorixec for a year from 205 to 500 now its probably higher this was 15 weeks ago.... so as you can tell I have the world of respect for Layne and HIGHLY recommened him if you can
lunch
not shown was about 12 strawberries i had... mmmmm strawberries
