Cardio after dinner?
Can I try it or it?s a waste of time? I don?t have more time and a want to have dinner w/ my family ( although, I eat a little bit different...:P).

On week nights I always do my cardio after dinner (after I let it digest a little haha). I'm not sure of the science behind it, but I don't feel like I'm wasting my time.

That should be plenty time to digest your food before cardio.

If you are looking for fat loss, do 20 minutes of HIIT (high intensity interval training). Do your running/treadmill/elliptical/bike at a good pace to warm up, then up the incline/resistance/speed and move like your pants are on fire for 15-30 second, then drop back incline/resistance/speed for recovery (maybe 2 minutes), up the incline/resistance/speed for 15-30 seconds, drop back... for up to twenty minutes. Build up to 30 second intense/1 minute recovery. Give yourself a nice 5-10 minute cool down. Twice a week will do it.

You can do it as soon as you're comfortable. It'll probably be at least an hour depending on what you eat.

My personal preference would be to do it without a full stomach, so wait until you have digested a bit...
You can eat dinner with your family, but if your goal is to burn fat, then try to make this meal a bit smaller and lower in carbs (protein/fat within reason is fine). Have a small snack (or the rest of dinner) after the cardio.
Just my opinion, though, see what works for you!!!
