DANG!!!! Nice deep squats!!!!
Man, I was doing my 10 sets of 3 rep squats last night and I was able to use 225 pounds for the first time and it kicked my butt!

Agreed; many times, these "squat" vids turn out to be some lame attempt at quarter squats, or worse. This guy is the real deal, and has fun doing it.

I do squats once 4 days.
workout routine as following:
4 days on; 1 day off
day 1:chest & back
day 2:shoulders
day 3:arms
day 4:legs (squats 30-15 reps x 6-7 sets , leg curls 5 sets)
