For Misc'ers familiar with DeFranco's Westside program...(will rep)(14k+)

I'm going to be switching my exercises up every four weeks. Four weeks on, then a deload week, then new exercises. For my deload week, should I be deloading with the same exercises that I did the past four weeks, or should I switch to the new ones?

Personally I would deload with the same exercises you were doing prior to the deload phase. The goal is to ease off a bit, not challenge your muscles with different exercises. It will also help mentally when you start an entirely new set of exercises after the deload.

I'm doing the first WS4SB program at the moment, I switch the ME moves every 2 weeks, and the supplemental every 6 weeks.
