Chest help!

Another chest problem..

Iv'e been stuck at this plateau for ever now. all of my muscle groups are going up with great results but my chest is lacking sooo much.

Here's an example of my lifts...

Deadlift - 300
Squat - 310
Bicep curls - 55
Lat pulldown - 150

here are some stats just to show you where the rest of my body is.. now here is my chest..

bench - 160(havent gone higher in over a month, in fact I have been slighty going lower I believe!!)

INcline DB - 60s (I can do 65s but cant get them up on my own no matter how much I try, even if I have help getting them up, I can only do a few reps)

DB flat bench flies - 40s

cable flies - 60

I do about 2-3 sets for each. My chest is always tired at the end but still not getting much progress at all..

Iv'e been stuck at this plateau for about 2 months. I have a split where I do shoulders and triceps 2 days apart from my chest, so that I'm not hitting a chest day with tired shoulders/tris.

any recomendations please?
This is starting to get rather annoying

Thanks in advance!

Throw in more front delt work-Db raises, plate raises, or bb raises. Then on tri day throw in CGBP. Also work partials lifts in the power rack. I use to bust through plateaus with negatives on the smith for 6 weeks. Good luck.

I just recently got my act together for my shoulders day. I do a lot of shoulders and I do do all of those exercises. I also do close grip bench but I cant push a lot. My triceps are pretty strong though, pretty big too.

partial lifts in the power rack?

Thanks a lot for the help bro.

Set bars to about 6-8 inches off chest and lift. Also check your form. I tell guys to get a routine and do the same thing each time you lay down. I use to bench will a penny on my chest the first year. It made me hit the same spot every time. Good luck bro!

haha oh, I see what you mean. Never even thought of that, but it seems like it would work out nicely.

Didn't quite get the penny trick, but I will def try doing partials from now on.

Should I be doing partials with a LOT more weight then normal? or just slightly?

I usually do 365 for 6-7 on regular flat bb and on partials I'l do 395-405 depending on how I'm feeling. The penny trick, is put the penny in the center of your chest where you want the bring the bar down and hit. Just go down a touch it every time. Makes you more consistent on benching. Most guys hit a different spot each time down. Once you get that consistency you can take the penny away. Good luck.

was also wondering, would it be smart to work chest twice a week to get it up to par with the rest of my muscle groups?

Maybe one light day and one heavy day each week?

my split is chest... 2 days later I have tris.. then 2 days later I have shoulders.

any ideas? is it worth taking 2 days out of my split for chest?
