Hopefully, but it might be tough considering SO many companies at this time are giving away logging opportunities. It must have something to do with the New Year or something because there's times where it's hard to find a logging opportunity and then theirs times where its ALL OVER!

Anyway, that means whoever applies REALLY wants to try this product.

Where in Ontario are you from? Where do you shop?

We do very well in Ontario, but we are not yet in Popeye's or GNC (which predominantly dominate the Ontario market)...

In high school it was for wrestling and afterwards for MMA. I am now fully interested in bodybuilding and have been completely dedicated for about a year now. I feel that I have a good base and that I am ready to expand upon my physique.

Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible): My training protocol is pretty unorthodox, but it's been working well so far for 3 weeks. As you can see, I am pretty flexible on my training days and can put a lot of time into logging it as well.

Wed- Legs/Chest/Shoulders
Thur.- Off

Mon/Wed- 30-45 min low intensity cardio
Sat.- 20 min. HIT training

Current Diet and macros (as much detail as possible): I like to keep the protein high, usually around 50-60% of my daily calories and about 20- 30 % for both carbs and healthy fats. I eat a lot of steak, chicken, eggs, wheat bread, oats, fish oils, flax seed oils, avocados.

Short Term Goal: Get up to around 175- 180 in about a month and a half to two months and then cut before summer.

Long Term Goal: Get my weight up to a lean 190 and possibly compete in a show.

Mind if I ask where you live (like state wise).

I'm from Michigan and have a friend who's 3-0 in XCC (biggest cage fighting MMA group in Michigan) and another friend fights locally and has his first fight this coming weekend!

Yeah I fought locally too. Is your friend pretty nervous? I know my nerves were eating me up before my fight. About 3 minutes before I was set to take the cage I just got tired of being nervous and my brain pretty much just stopped thinking. The adrenaline rush during the fight was so great that I hardly remember it. I had to buy the DVD my gym made, so i could watch it. Tell your friend good luck and to stick to what he's best at (fighting style that is)!

My one buddy is very nervous (the one with his first fight).

The other one is very relaxed. He's actually not cut at all but beats up some pretty cut kids which is always surprising. He's pretty much all ground game.
