anyone know how much protein in each breast approx?
The label goes by ounces, not sure how many ounces one breast is..

Probably at least 4 ounces so at least 32 grams. Maybe a little more or less. I know you can pick up a cheap scale for like 10 bucks at Walmart too. That's what I did.

6-8oz, depending on the size as they vary. I usually cut them in half (or slightly more if they are smaller) to try and eyeball 4oz at a time.

i get these chicken breasts, some of them are huge. i kno the last bag i had there was 3ibs and only 5 breasts. some of them were 7-8 ounces. they are good tho. cant really beat it for 7 bucks
