Muscle cramp/tightining! OUCH CHARLIE!

Yo Ive used search to check if anyone else has posted this thread and found nout.

Basically on my leg workout my calfs tightened and cramped up so hard and it ****ING hurt.

Ive heard its maybe its a water deficiency or salt?

Any tips to avoid this because I dont want to have this **** again x
