    No, ive been told by many people that its not necessary to take more than 5g. I actually just stopped my creatine cycle because my farts were so horrendus that i couldnt stand them anymore.

    I used to take around 10g a day....until I got a kidney stone.....the cause was from to much creatine the doc told me after they ran test on it and found out what it was made of......about 90% creatine.....be careful guys....Also im not prone to kidney stones, no one in my family is
