I need a new chest routine! Help please!!

Hey bros, so I have been using this rountine for sometime now for my chest, here it is.

Flat bench: 135x15, 185x12, 205x10, 225x8
Incline bench: 135x12, 155x10, 155x10
Incline Dumbbell press: 50x12, 55x10, 60x8
Flys: 25x12, 30x10

I have not been seeing any improvment at all latley, my bench has been stuck at 305 and my chest has not grown much at all. What can I do to make my chest grow again and get stronger? Do I need to change this routine? Thanks for the help.

had the same problem as far as the bench being stuck. if you are wanting to get the bench up you can do as i did... i would warm up for a few sets and increase the weight untill you can do reps of 4-5 and do 5 sets of that for the flat bench. i did this and max went up 10lbs after a month. for the incline.. i did 4 sets of 8. and the press..keep about the same

you can throw in some dips or some overhead pulls. that will help build some muscle in your lower chest. it helped me get some gains.
