Team C* 12 week challenge
I set this up last night and somehow it got moved to my journal...
So first we all need three goals a person...
pics and measurements. I have never been a capt before so bare with me, feel free to speak up about anything! Lets get this rolling!!!!

My goals: I want to build muscle for the first 8 weeks....
then I want to start cutting the fat for the last 4 weeks
I want to eat clean 98% of the time
getting in all my workouts...3-4 days a week
I start school tomorrow, so this will keep me motivated to meet my goals.
Weight: 134
hips: 36
waist: 30
bicep: 12
thigh: 21
Oh I am 5'6

I think they have to be online somewhere then you can copy and paste them. I normally save it to an online journal and then cut and paste from there for pics I want to add to a post.

Not much to say I was looking forward to seeing the rest of my team on but ok....today was shoulders and calves. I actually completely 3 sets of 12 reps at 20lbs for the upright row. I am ready for thsi challenge. I just hope I don't do too much in the way of bulking and not lose any weight.

Hello ladies!!! Sorry I was not able to check in yesterday...boo I had a great workout, i will post later tonight. Diet has bee pretty good, i did end up missing a meal today. I was not prepared with school and all.
Who is everyone doing? check up the great work guys!
One question, should I post my workouts here or do it in my journal? I can kinda put the journal on hold...what do you ladies think?

Hi ladies,
I don't know what to say in the way of my workouts so I think it would be a good idea to post them if you don't mind. I think I can learn something. So today eating was good we were celebrating the sale of our other property and I still did good we had salad and salmon.
Leg day I did 3 sets of 12 on all except I redid calves and did 8 sets of 20.
Calves were at 8lbs
Squats 26 lbs
Walking Lunges 8lbs
Side Lunges 44lbs
Leg Press 242lbs
4 sets of 20
Reverse crunches
Regular crunches 20 lbs
Toe Touchers
then 30 min of cardio
DO NOT FEED THE BEAST......I am cutting fat ;-)

Yes I am doing 30 min at the end of each workout. I do hate it but it is what it is roght.

I never did my work out yesterday, but I will do it tonight....
As far a my food goes, I have to figure something out to take to school. I eat before but I don't eat there, i don't want to eat out of the vending machine. what are your opinions on protein bars? What are the best, should i make them at home. should i eat them at all?

I hate doing cardo too. I really have not been doing it lately...
I am going to kick it back up when i start cutting for the summer. I am hoping to get some pics up here soon...

Hi all,
It is late here I just got home from school and well I got sidetracked on food. After todays workout I ate everything that was not stapled down. I was soo nervous about my exams I ate two packs of mentos on the way to school and not the fun flavor either. The actual mint flavor what is that about?
Food today ummmm yuck, I am just posting the bad stuff you have to trust me when I say prior to my workout I got in 3 good meals. Food listed below between 3 & 10 pm
4 cookies
2 full fat yogurts
2 fish sticks
the before mentioned mentos
12 oz orange aide??? I don't think there was an ounce of real orange in it
1 small bag of bugles
I am sure tomorrow will be better but when I don't lose I have only myself to blame.

Today I did great with food all meals correct and clean.
I redid yesterdays workout which was back and biceps.
All sets of 3 and 12 reps per set.
Close Grip Barbell Curl
Bicep Curl
Seated incline bicep curl
Seated Row
and Barbell row
Abs everyday!!! as well as 30 min cardio
~Be stron Ladies

I had one hell of a night last night! I got my butt kicked at work, it kept my hr elevated for at least 6 hours! At one point i was sweating, that was during the bad part.
Anyway, hows are you ladies doing?
I was thinking we could share some clean recipes, what do you think?

Today was even better no rush just the feel of me against the weights and I had a blast.....
LEG DAY!!! (can I make that a holiday????)
All 3x12 will do 4x12 next workout I think
Dumbbell Squats 12kg
Walking lunges 6kg
Barbell Lunges 8kg
Leg Extensions 20kg
Leg Curl 20kg
Leg Press 130kg
Abs and 30 min Cardio everyday!
