Okay, so during christmas I was first sick for a week, and then on vacation for another where I worked out once on a gym with machines only. Since then I have regained and improved my bench and power clean, but my squat is AWFULLY weak. Before christmas I used to squat 360-380 for a bunch of reps, but now I am only able to do that with 315. It's been like that for two weeks (four squat workouts) and it just makes me mad. I hit PRs in both close grip bench (225x8) and power clean (250x3) this last friday, but when I was squatting today I was STILL only able to do 315 for like 6-7 reps.
Now what? Just gotta keep training I guess?
