What do you think about my diet plan? I am new
Hi everyone! So here is my plan. Please tell me any feedback. I need to lose fat and apperantly eating is the key. So here it goes... By the way I have like 40lbs of fat to lose.
Meal 1: oatmeal, 4 egg whites, flax seed, little fruit (400 cal)
Meal 2: protein shake
Meal 3: tuna, brown rice, vegies (300 cal)
Meal 4: protein shake
Meal 5: tuna, vegies (200 cals)
Total: 1200 cals approximately
Sometimes I change meal 4 and 5 in order if I have a busy night.
