17yo, 180lbs, 6-7%bf mid bulk pics
How am I looking and what do I need to improve on? Im competing soon and want to make sure I place first. This is some progress over 8 months.

Looking ripped, chest and abs need work though. More wide-grip bench pressing and incline bench is needed. Don't get me wrong, you still look great (no homo). Scar on your arm won't help you, though.

I incline press more then flat press.. What can I do to improve my abs? Ive never really trained them.

I think your bis are bigger than your chest. sort of jking ya
I suggest benching. Just do 5-7 sets. Are you going all the way down. If not, that explains it (big arms, small chest)
