How often do you take progress pics?
Well, its been two weeks for me and I am kinda curious. I want to snap some off but I am afraid I will be disappointed and depress myself.
What say you?

I used to do it every 2 weeks, but I would say each month is where you want to do it to see visual results.

My goal is to take progression pics every 4-5 weeks. That way I should be able to monitor changes.

Unless you are making DRASTIC changes you won't notice anything if you snap a photo every couple weeks. I take photos every month or so, and the only time I have really noticed a difference is the month I did the velocity diet. Otherwise I just compare my original picture to the latest picture, which now is 2 years of work, that is always very inspirational to me to see how far I have come.

I actually took a photo every day for 30 days, then used a program and morphed them from 1 - 30... the change was amazing to watch.
Depending on what you want to do, and how creative you get... for me it's every couple of weeks or more.

I just used some crappy shareware I found using Google.
I typed in "morphing photos". I don't recall which one, but I know it took me a long time to compose all those files, and the end result was a massive file.
