Today is a heavy back day so I'll work up to a 675 deadlift single because deadlifts are used to grow a huge back and then over to sntach-grip rows with 245 for sets of 8-10, lat pulldowns, DB bentover rows for 20 since they only have DB's that go up to 110's and finish with light straight arm downs.

Hypertrophy days are easier since high volume doesn't require weight resistance...just reps so anything over 5 db's doesn't matter. At least that's what I read here LOL...you get the exact same results DB rowing 15's for 15 as you do rowing 100's so why waste the energy?

putting on mass and being ripped aren't mutually exclusive, u can put on mass while still being lean af.

u dont have to be 165lbs to be ripped
