Bulk to Cut

Ok kids, I'm 175 (sorry I don't know my body fat % at them moment) but i still have some muscle tone. I want to push my muscle mass up and keep my size but get my definition and increase my power. I'm hoping to start training for baseball ASAP. I'm cutting my carbs down (they r my enemy) and will start a cardio program in the next two weeks along with a new strength program. If ya got any advice start a yeppin! Thanks

If you're looking to gain strength/power, you may want to consider carb cycling as opposed to carb cutting. Carbohydrates are going to be important for recovery, especially considering that you're an athlete.
