    Best foods to eat on a dirty bulk?

    I have tried the clean bulk, which has got me to where I am now. Now I think it is time to try a dirty bulk.

    On the clean bulk I mainly ate skinless chicken, rice, oats, etc.. aka flavourless food.

    What foods on a dirty bulk do you guys eat that are high calories, cheap and tastes good?

    I know on a dirty bulk you dont generally have a set amount of calories you eat but I would still like to track mine and have foods I eat every day.

    Id be interested to see what diets and meals you guys eat on a dirty bulk..

    eat things like pbutter and oatmeal and lots of it. Many before me have said it, dirty bulking will get you bigger, but not big in the way you want.

    But OP, if the idea is that the source of your macros/calories doesn't matter, why would you need a list of the best 'dirty' foods? The point is that there isn't a list.

    Pasta is dirty? I eat pasta every day and I would define my bulk as being "clean". Pasta seems perfectly healthy. Complex carbohydrates, includes vitamins and nutrients. Omega 3. Protein. Fiber. Add olive oil.

    I f*ckin' hate dirty bulking...

    I don't know, it makes me feel horrible both physically and mentally.

    I could go 12 rounds of boxing and still maintain my composure at the end when I was eating clean, I literally got knocked out yesterday 3 hours after consuming 4 double cheeseburgers and a sh!tload of fries.

    Plus, dirty foods tasted better when I was eating clean, now they just gross me out.

    Kinda like alcohol, in moderation, tastes like heaven, drink too much though and it turns into tongue poison.

    I don't know, it makes me feel horrible both physically and mentally.

    I could go 12 rounds of boxing and still maintain my composure at the end when I was eating clean, I literally got knocked out yesterday 3 hours after consuming 4 double cheeseburgers and a sh!tload of fries.

    Plus, dirty foods tasted better when I was eating clean, now they just gross me out.

    Kinda like alcohol, in moderation, tastes like heaven, drink too much though and it turns into tongue poison.
