Bout to go on a cut and wondering if this shake is ok?

I usually drink 2 of these aday one being Post workout.

    1-2 scoops of american whey
8-10 ounces of low fat milk
    1/2-1cup of oatmeal.

Will this be ok for a mid day between classes shake and post workout?

Since you are on a cut you might just want to cut out the milk for atleast one meal or shake and just add water to the protein shake.

Yes, I agree with PitbullJR, cut the skim milk. You should only take that if you're planning to bulk.

op as long as the milk fits into your daily macros and nutritional essentials are met it does not matter in the slightest if you like that shake and it fits into your macros, screw what these guys are saying because they have no idea if milk does or does not fit into your cutting macros only you can answer that, drink the ****ing milk!

I dont MACRO or MICRO...I watch what I eat and eat clean....My cut will consist of

healthy clean food at moderate paces...Bulking is eat eat eat..Cut is eat less..Eat carefully...I dont want to be a pencil pushing dieter. I think it will keep me sane..I just want to know if the shake is a good/bad idea since thats what they usually consist of..Post workout it will remain the same since my body needs it then.
But during the day is what I need
