Tim's workout journal
Hey guys, I will be starting a cycle of AD1 and AD4 Tuesday the 13th of this month. I'd love any comments, advice or criticism that anybody has to share!
I will be taking in a semi-lean diet (best I can do) of roughly 7,000 calories a day. Im a mail carrier so I do the best I can with food on the road but generally am able to stick to a fairly respectable diet.
As far as supplements I will be taking the following;
http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/cs/milk.html
http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/ams/1andro.html
http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/ams/4ad.html
http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/univ/animalpak.html
http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/hp/creatine.html
http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/natrol/flax.html
I will be taking all the above products as directed.
As for my workouts, here is a rough schedule
Monday - Off
Tuesday - Back
Wednesday - Shoulders
Thursday - Legs
Friday - Chest
Saturday - Off
Sunday - Arms
- Note: This could vary from week to week by day, but the rest and rotation will remain the same.
Backround
I have been working out seriously now for about 8 months, casually before that for about 2 years. I had no workout experience before this and I am 26 years old so I was lacking on core strength to start with. I started at 170 lbs and have gained 24 to put me at 194.
My new goal is to hit 220 (no specific timetable) while gaining strength and mass.
A couple current pics
please contact me with any questions or advice! Thanks guys!

Just an update, I had a delivery problem with my shipment but I borrowed enough supps from a friend to get the ball rolling here.
Unfortunatly, my first week on the cycle has been luckluster as of yet. I have completed a week of lifting (save arms) and my #s have been the same as before I started the cycle. Up until tonight, I was shocked to have a 15-25lb drop on all my chest lifts. I have no clue what may have caused this.
My sleep, stress, and diet/supps have not changed. Hopefully I have better luck next week.
Note: To make sure the strenght loss was not due to overtraining (which I doubt) I plan on skipping arms this week. Thats not etched in stone but I'll keep you up to date.
My weight has also been static at 194lbs.~Tim~

I did end up doing arms and paid for it pretty dearly with a killer case of tennis elbow. I started up with back today and felt great.
For the first time in the cycle I noticed gains in strength. I am tempering my excitment until the end of an entire solid week.
I am still sticking to the 5 pills of each AD1 and AD4 a day in A.M. and P.M. (my shipment via bodybuidling never came in so I am borrowing from a friend, and running out fast!)
I improved my deadlift orm from 262 to 273, a 10+ lb improvement.~Tim~

Im excited to report a great week in the books.
I have upped my water intake to a solid gallon a day (not including protien shakes w/ milk) and I feel that has helped a lot.
Yesterday I did chest and I put up 235 lbs. two times on bench (previous orm was 225) I also felt considerably stronger on my other sets. Two weeks down, two to go.
Weight also up 2 lbs. 196lbs.~Tim~

Huge update, my weight sky rocketed to 202 lbs yesterday!!! I double checked it tonight to see if it may have been a fluke (fluid intake or whatnot) but it remained a solid 202. Thats a huge 8 pound gain in a week...wow!?
As I posted previously, I did up my water intake to almost double my previous amount. Now I make it a point to drink at least a gallon a day. Maybe this has a lot to do with the sudden weight gain.~Tim~

Still going strong. In the middle of another great week. Because of the gains I have had some pain in my left rotator cuff but I iced it and it feels a lot better today.
My weight remains a steady 202lb. (up from 194lb) 8 pounds gained and going into my last week. I'm happy to say I'm starting to gain not only strenght but mass as well.
1 Week left and I will recap with full body measurements as well as lift updates all in this journal.~Tim~

a few after pictures. (befores were on 1st post)
not a huge difference, but definatly some noticable gains IMO. I also updated my stats so check out my bodyspace for other gains. Hope this helped anybody who was considering Andro1/4 cycle. Not a lot of feedback, lol, but it was something I was looking for before I started so hopefully it can be of a little use to someone else.
