Tye's Contest Prep
After a long hiatus from my previous LMD journal, I am back and ready to get my freak on again with Team Scivation and the Cut Diet. I have kept up with my clean bulk and the LMD religiously with the exception of 6 week set back in October.
My first comp is a short 16 weeks out and it is now time to cut the fat and intensify the cardio. I will be starting with the Cut Diet 2750 plan and will follow it like the bible. Training will be about the same as before with a 5 day split working one major muscle group per session with a secondary leg day (if possible) on Fridays. Cardio will be performed on arm and shoulder days following W/O and chest and back days in the morning or evening (depending on my schedule). Should look something like this
Mon-Legs, abs
Tues-Shoulders/30 min cardio
Wed-Chest and Back, cardio am or pm
Thurs-Arms, abs/30 min cardio
Fri-Secondary legs, cardio am or pm
Sat-rest
Sun-rest or will use as an alternate day if schedule doesn?t permit Fri. W/O
Starting Stats
5?9?
196lbs
9.4% BF
Shoulders 51.5
Chest 44.5
Waist 33
Bicep 17.25
Quad 25.5
Calves 15.5
Comp Date May 8, 2009
Supps.
Xtend
ZMA
Dailene 4
Sesamine
Multi Vit add Vit C
Fish Oil
Chromium Picolinate
6-oxo
Tribex
Creatine Mono
The real challenge for me will be my weekend schedule. I am usually on the road from Friday-Sunday with early mornings and late nights. But with the right mind set and support I will adapt and overcome. Let?s get this!

People take their challenges and take them head on, and overcome them, and show their true inner strength.
If you want this competition so bad, and you are going to be that religious to all the other aspects. You will overcome something, and sacrafice it for your goal.
Aint nothing to it.. but DO IT

Starting off nice and lean at 9% so you should be in an awesome spot in 16 weeks, esp since the cut diet is known to shred people up. With the given time and low bf to begin with you may be able to add some lean mass in the first half of this cut. Good luck, Ill be watching.

1-12-09 Diet
Protein 294g
Carbs 120g
Fat ? 120g
Seems like the transition from the LMD to the Cut Diet is pretty easy but the first meal of the day is still a biatch to get down in a timely manner.
First carb meal tonight might make that first meal seem like cake.lol

Bro, Mix up eggs/egg whites in a pan, easiest thing to do and have some mixed veg thrown in, it would be an easy solution. Or wake up with sludge, have it chilling in the fridge overnight.
Just some suggstins.
You are a HULK!

I would say 12 or 13 bf , not that its a bad thing but i def think you should consider getting it checked , either way you have good muscle and will have nice separation and definition by the end of this journey.
Good luck, i will follow along.

Excellent suggestions bro. I have been mixing some onions and asparagus into the eggs in the am. I must not like eggs as much as I thought cause I have to choke down the last couple of bites. Sludge is an excellent idea and will likely give that a go tomorrow.

Hey Sue, yes it is. It is one of the only shows that I have found in the area that is completely natural and fits in the time frame that I want to compete.
Do it girl, it would be nice to meet you there.
