AST Multi Pro 32X?

has anyone tried this multivitamin?
how would it benefit me and what can i expect from it?

if you have a suggestion of a better multivitamin that would be appreciated too

just curious, what supplements do you take im looking to build more muscle but stay cut as well

Im not a big fan of AST because of the Iron content, just look into a standard one a day multi and save some cash

I have used MultiPro32X and I posted a while back. I along with numerous others have seen the whole pill in our ****. It really doesnt dissolve. It used to when I first took it, but they changed the formula. I have also tried Animal Pak, NOW Adam, Opti-Men, and Orange Triad. I believe they are all good choices but I currently use Orange Triad since it is a Multi, joint, immune and digestion health all in one.

I used it and as for the other multi's - can't tell whether they are good or not.

i have a strong stomach and for some reason these vitamins made it upset. need to make sure you eat with them or it may happen to you. never had a problem with mega men, opti men, animal pak, one source, or any other ones so im not sure what the deal is. just make sure you eat i guess.

I take AST and have no problems. I'll be switchign to Orange Triad next though for the joint support.

ive herd this multiple times...i started to use it and it didnt work well for me. usually after you take it, an hour or so later your piss is neon green from all the excess B's and stuff...and it just never happend...i switched over to orange triade...much better product and it's evident that it breaks down in the body cause i've thrown it up before and seen it opened (dont ask, rough day)

some tried to dissolve it in some acid that has the same PH level as stomach has. and it really didn't break up.
