Question combo supps

Hey all! Just something I was wondering about...I had tried SuperPump250 and also Xtend. The SP250 says recommended is to take on an empty stomach 30-40mins before workout. The Xtend, I was told to take with 1st meal and then during working out. So how would one go about taking those? Take the SP first then eat and take the Xtend?

There's no real need to take xtend in the morning, its best used when you sip it during your workout. If you want by all means take it with your first meal though, I'm sure it will help.

And for superpump if you can eat whatever meal you normally do before working out, an hour later take superpump, then a half hour later workout.

So if you workout at 9:30 a.m. and your done at 10:30 it would look like:
8:00 a.m. be done eating
9:00 a.m. take superpump
9:30 a.m. workout
-drink xtend over the duration of your workout-
10:30 a.m. take your normal post workout stuff
