There's no real need to take xtend in the morning, its best used when you sip it during your workout. If you want by all means take it with your first meal though, I'm sure it will help.
And for superpump if you can eat whatever meal you normally do before working out, an hour later take superpump, then a half hour later workout.
So if you workout at 9:30 a.m. and your done at 10:30 it would look like:
8:00 a.m. be done eating
9:00 a.m. take superpump
9:30 a.m. workout
-drink xtend over the duration of your workout-
10:30 a.m. take your normal post workout stuff
