Workout:
Biceps: Standing DB Curls, 7 x 40 lbs
Triceps: One Arm Rope Pulldowns, 10 x 44 lbs
Back: Medium Grip Pulldowns, 8 x 176 lbs
Delts: Machine Presses, 6 x 154 lbs
Chest: Partial Incline Machine Presses, 12 x 132 lbs
Abs: Giant Set of Situps
Biceps: Reverse Stance Preacher Curls, 10 x 26 lbs
Nutrition:
Lunch at Asian Buffet: veggies, salad, pan fried potatoes, fried noodles, fried tofu, beef, meat balls, chicken wings, ribs, onion chicken, pudding, fruit, baked fruit with honey, coke light, plum wine.
Rest of the Day: 100g whey protein shake, a little healthy oil.
Notes:
Pulled neck almost healed, pulled chest unfortunally not yet. Tried some partial incline machine presses, only going halfway down. Also tried the reverse stance preacher curls as suggested in a thread by fitnessman, those are pretty awesome.

Lunch at Asian Buffet: sushi, veggies, salad, pan fried potatoes, fried noodles, wings, fried tofu with spicy beef, ribs with sweet-sour sauce, onion chicken, deep fried pork with peppers, cocos and mango pudding, lychees, baked banana with honey, coke light.
Dinner: large beer, 2 glasses of champagne.
Rest of the Day: 100g whey protein shake, a little healthy oil.
Notes:
Another awesome meal at the buffet. Chest very sore from first real chest exercise yesterday.
