clicking sound in my knee ...
When I do squats, I hear a clicking sound in my right knee it always clicks at the very bottom,
Note: I use lighter weight and do deeper squats. Not sure if that?s how everyone else does it, but I find it works my legs better then using heavier weight and doing a less deep squat.
Anyway, should I see a doctor about this, or will I be fine?

Like a popping sound? Both my kneess and elbows and shoulders do it, this just happens as you push your body to it's limits. Wonder whats going to happen when I am thirty?

Yeah I get those clicking sounds as well, but only sometimes. I heard somewhere that its your joints releasing some gaseous compound but that might just be a load of bs.

I have it in my left knee, a sort of a dull crunching sound, not popping.
Been doing squats for 3 weeks now and haven't experienced had any problems.

it does not cause me any mass amount of pain or anything, slitghly sharp when it clicks but it goes away quickly.

Guess I am screwed haha, if not pain is associated with anything I would not be all to worried. If you have a doctor visit coming up, just might be smart to have them take a look.
