To tell u the truth I dont really follow a diet when I bulk.. Just eat whatever I have a taste for at the time. I eat about 5 meals a day with a few shakes in there. My routine is just a 5 day split chest/tris ect... I train very heavy with rep range from 6-8.

entire chest region is overpowered by delts, focus dearly on that for a more symmetrical physique on stage. Awesome striations and dense looking sore sure. The legs, back and calves are really what need to be shown for me to critique anymore.

Has a similar structure to me....delts are grade A....chest is def. overpowered by them. Good overall physique op....i have had a prob in the past of getting my pecs to catch up to delts as well.
