Looking for a trainer in Panama City, Florida

With my immenent RTB (return to base) I am committed to keeping up my new found love for physical fitness. During this deployment I have lost almost 50 pounds (please see bodyspace).

I have done really well here and met some great people. While I am not against using someone from the base, I almost want to go off base to train. I retire soon and want to be in the best shape of my life so I can enjoy my kids and be the dad they need.

I am pretty much a self starter but need someone who is certified to train people to get me to where I want to be. I really am not worried about where the gym is and would even consider going to PCB if I had to to train.

I will put it like this, if I land on Thursday night in Panama City, I will be in the gym at 0500 on Friday.
