Am I a candidate for Clen ?
Just wondering if I'm a candidate for clen. I store more fat than the average person, but my diet is pretty damn clean. I lift 4 days a week and have made considerable progress since I started. I have a bad knee so I can't do too much cardio.
My diet, day in & day out consists of:
630am: 1 cup egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 1 bowl Corn Flakes w/skim milk, flax
830am: 2 scoops ON, skim milk, rolled oats
10am: 1 whole wheat bagel
12pm: 1 chicken breast, 1 cup spinach, 1 cup romaine lettuce, 1 cup baby carrots
1pm: fat-free turkey on whole wheat
2pm: 10 almonds, 5 cashews
3pm: 1 tablespoon natural PB
4pm: 1 cup cottage cheese, 3 crackers
5pm (post-wo): 2 scoops ON, water, banana
6pm: 1 cup kidney beans w/cottage cheese
8pm: 1 cup kidney beans w/cottage cheese
10pm: 2 scoops Syntha-6, skim mik
Should I bother with cycling Clen ?

I would say no.. if your not losing with diet and workouts, then you'll probably gain it back if you run clen. You can do low impact slow cardio and still burn fat off.. but asking if your a candidate for a drug is something that nobody can really answer... we can tell you how to run a cycle correctly, and how not to screw yourself up.. but nobody can tell you if your a candidate for any drug...

Well the thing is I haven't really tried to cut as of yet, but I want to extend my bulk as long as possible (to the end of March ideally), so I can spent April and May cutting down to a reasonable size. I'm currently getting close to 3,500 cals (I'm sure my diet listed in my first post is missing a couple of things). The goal of my diet right now is to build lean mass, and it's been working pretty well thus far. I've just heard great things about clen but I don't want to be 'that guy' (just like a 135lb guy doing a cycle of test)...

why not just use test for a cut? You don't have to use clen in order to burn additional calories...A cycle of test. enanthate at 500mg/week plus a calorie deficient diet would do wonders for your physique.

Von84- Why are u suggesting AAS to a person asking about clen? I dont think he should use yet...Just not experienced enough IMO.
I prefer keto diet for cutting, add clen if u want, but it's no miracle worker, The cardio and diet will help you lose the most.

Because test is a hell of a lot safer of a drug than clen. Also, Test would help him keep/gain muscle while he is buring fat.

You do make good points, But I cant say that Test is safer than clen if he doesnt know what he is doing.
But I also dont know his stats, what he knows, etc.

I'm barely comfortable using clen, so test is out of the question. Perhaps one day, but not any time soon.
What kind of stats would you guys need to know in order to make a more suitable recommendation? I've read the clenbuterol handbook and done a fair bit of research, but I'm still not quite ready. Keto is out of the question as I simply can't incorporate it into my life, nor do I want to. I'm going to up my clean caloric intake this month, but start doing a ton of cardio and see how much weight I lose. From there, I'll probably make a decision.

the bold part will be counter-productive.. you should be at maintenance level, or lower if your trying to lose..

If you're not ready for test. then don't use anything. Keep protein intake high, get your pre/post workout nutrition in, casein protein shake before bed and adequate amounts of HIIT cardio and be done with it.

I hate clen. You'll possibly hurt your heart (no real way to tell) and it makes you feel like **** for a 5% metabolic boost? No thank you.
How are you growing on a diet like that? IMO to many meals and not enough big ones to spike insulin or leucine levels to any real benefit.
Get your nutrition spot on and it'll come off.
Seriously I would advise T3 before clen. Especially for a person not really that concerned with muscle mass (no AAS user).

From drumkids response i'd agree with him and stay away from clen (if it is really only a 5% metabloic boost) and stick with a good diet. Youll loose 2lbs a week on a solid diet with some cardio thrown in and not get any of theunwanted sideaffects from an additional substance.

In my experience, a good ECA stack that you make yourself is lightyears better than clen. I think clen is overrated.
Buy a cheap bottle of Aspirin, caffiene pills.
Then head over to the pharmacy for an OTC medication called "Primatene". It contains the ephedrine. Combine one of each for a killer ECA stack. Cheap as hell and works better than any Clen or T3 cycle Ive ever done.

clen has never lived up to the hype for me or any friend that has tried it. from the continuing research i have done and the logs that i have read, more bad things can happen than good.
you should try reducing your 2pm feeding by 2 almonds and 1 cashew and you should be fine... just kidding of course! i wish i had your discipline on the diet schedule and amounts.
