Superpump 250 question
I have been taking the superpump 250 for about 3 days now and I am getting a good pump and energy from it. My question is has anybody else that has used it or currently using it have to go to the restroom after the workout and is this just temporary until my body adjusts to it or common throughout taking it. any feedback would be helpful.

Check the back of the label and make sure you have the most recent version. I believe the newest version has 100 mg (maybe 150?) of Magnesium. That would be the ingredient that is causing some of the stomach discomfort.
Also, if you have the right version, your body will adjust to the added Mag in the product. Just give it about a week.

My experience with SuperPump250 wasnt good. I was getting horrible **** attacks and stomach pains. The only way I was able to take SuperPump was with a meal and that took away most of the stomach discomfort. However taking SuperPump with a meal took away most of the energy and focus it gave me when taken without a meal so SuperPump was kinda useless for me. Personally N.O. Xplode was a little better on my stomach but I didnt like either product all that much.

Usually when you have a solid food preworkout meal you wont experience this problem. Also depends on how many scoops you're taking as well.

I hvae been taking 2 to maybe 2 1/2 scoops plus I always thought that many of the no products were supposed to be taken on an empty stomach. How soon should I take it after the pre-workout meal?

It's more important to have a solid meal about 1 to 1.5 hours preworkout. Drink your Superpump about 30 to 45 minutes before working out. You'll still get a pump, probably an even better one when the meal. Try it.

You started at 2+ scoops? Really it would have been better to start at 1 scoop to assess your tolerance.
Eating a solid food meal 1-2 hours pre-workout can really help as well. Make sure it's not a shake though.

I poop almost everytime I drink it. (Yes new formula). No stomach pain though. Just poop. With that being said...I also poop every morning after my cup of coffee. So, I think is may be an effect of the caffeine.

Exactly, I agree with Ice. I am not sure why people dont start at one scoop, must be a mental thing that they arent hardcore if they do 1. I do 1 scoop 75% of the time.
