6 pack abs is pure body fat, you will have to drop fat and build the muscle up. Some ladies here have excellent looking tummies ( seen in avatars), so check out their journals and see what they do for diet & work out.
As for extreme bodybuilding...not sure what you mean by that. Building muscle naturally for females takes a lot of work because of lack of Testosterone. You cannot get as big as a guy that lifts.
Thighs have a lot of BF in them. If you work the muscle - quads (front) hammies/hamstrings (back) your thighs will be tight/lean.
From what I've seen, hammies need to work the glutes ( buttocks), start with stairmaster to firm it up, treadmill or eliptical.
I noticed a huge difference in my hammies and glutes with deadlifts, morning glories and squats. I also do forward lunges and dips - especially when using my work out dvds. Quads are primarily worked for me by leg machines - especially leg press. But, if you don't work the muscle & have a somewhat clean diet, it stays buried under BF.
Also, bodybuilding - it's an asthetic. Work both upper and lower body, you will get much better and faster results. There are several posts on the boards about how working only 1 part will delay progress and not get the results you want. If you have fantastic, lean thighs and flabby arms, it will look odd. So, imo, work the whole body. Read the forums and journals to see what other do. I spent at least 2 weeks surfing here and reading before I ever posted, so I had a good base knowledge. Just dig through the knwoledge here ( and there's a ton), learn from it it, try it and see what works for you. Not everyone's body responds the same, so you may need to try different stuff - hence digging through posts.
