**My 2 month cut**

was skinny fat, bulked up way too fast so i cut down and im going to start a slow clean bulk monday.

11/18/09 first week of cut, 217lbs, <14%bf



12/24/09 196lbs


1/15/10 186lbs

Definitely NOT 9% bf. Did you use a digital scale? Those dont work at all. If you were at 9% you would have a six pack easy

lol i was flexing my abs in first pic.. i had bulked up with way too much fat so i figured id start over again. And ya the machine said i was at 9.6% with my BMI at 22.6 but it might be slightly off

I'm confused? His height doesn't have an influence on his bodyfat. He looks skinny fat to me (no hate OP). No way is he sub 10%.
