We are getting to a point where there are more and more completely off topic threads being started.

This IS a good thing because it lets the regulars here chat about other things then AAS, without having to be bothered with going to another part of the forum, where you don't know the regular posters in that section.

Well, this is ALSO a bad thing because it clutters up the top 25 thread listings with multiple different O/T threads, deterring from the topic consecutively.

So if you guys could, from now on bring all your off topic conversations here.. example being, "Whats on your Mp3 player.... What are you doing for new years.... Gotten any new tattooes recently.... New/old relationship news ect. ect."

I'll start with the first new topic... What kind of MP3 player do you guys use at the gym? Mine I use my 2gig iPOD nano, black... works real well. Never had any hardcore issues with it!

I have the same nano (silver) that I got when my son upgraded to a itouch...

I still use my shuffle for the clipability.

Edit: wtf are you doing for new years recip?

I really don't know as of yet what I'm doing for the new year.. I should really get on that man.. Its only a couple days away!!!!

I actually had that phone for a little while. Its good **** man. It can support up to a 4gig microSD memory card so that phone can play alot of good music cause you can stuff that damn thing to the gills with tracks!

lol.. are you the guy txt'ing and surfing the net in the curl rack when I'm waiting for squats

seriously have a guy at the gym that does nothing but txt message while he's there.. i finally told him to move off the benches when it's busy and people are waiting.. 30lb hammer curls, then 5 mins of txt messaging...

I try to break up the txting with some posing and asking the huge guys what they eat and about their training routines

I actually only use the ipod for cardio. I can't concentrate with music playing in my ears. It takes all my concentration to "beat the book" every workout (I'm doing dc training)

Are you ready for the flood of new year resolution members? I try to go to the gym very early or late to avoid them.

yea.. I have a gym at work that NOBODY uses.. not the best equipment.. smith machine for squats but it's better than nothing. dumbbells up to 45lbs. one ez-curl bar with; 2x45, 2x35, 10 or so 10lbs plates.. so good for rows and curls too.. good bike and treadmill. not a bad machine setup tho for leg press, lats, fly's, seated rows..

but come Jan 1st there will be lots of fatties coming in to work of those pounds.. It's my resolution to encourage as many as possible to make it a part of their life
