favorite casein protein?
I'm looking for a good vanilla flavor or something else that tastes good in oatmeal, and maybe one other flavor for shakes. What are your favorites?

I second this! The vanilla is my favorite (sometimes I like to add almond extract...), and the chocolate a very close second!

Just Fyi In the future Pgn makes a great Vanilla called Whey Sensible...I love it because it is soo thick,,,I cant stand really thin shakes..I like them to be filling as well...just my two cents

Thanks, I'll check that out if I decide to go back to whey. For now I'm trying out casein to see if it keeps me full longer.

Nice to know! I like the casein because it fills me up MUCH longer than any whey protein. I might give this a try next time, too.
