bursitis/tendonitis

I have a question which may have no answer. I have a small frame combined with cartoonishly pointy elbows (my pics dont really show the extent of this). Ever since I started lifting my elbows have been a problem. Even light weight for cable pressdowns and skull crushers cause immense pain. I made dips and close grip bench my main exercises which has helped but now as I get stronger even pressing movements cause are causing problems. When I inflame my elbow it take weeks to heal enough to start working chest and tris again. I've tried changing rep ranges, grips, everything. Is ther anyone who thinks they may have an answer to this so I can work my tris again. Any physical therapy options as I would lime to avoid surgery (I've heard there are bone shaving surgeries that may fix this but I would like to avoid).
