    Are these weight any good compared to my bw?

    I weight 138 lbs

    Incline Bench press 154lbs 1x4
    Squat 216lbs 5x5
    Deadlift 242 lbs 5x5 (tested 2 months ago)

    I’ll test my 1RM at the end of this month

    There is no real answer to this. There are always going to be people weaker than you and stronger than you.

    Focus more on improving yourself and comparing what your numbers were in the past to what they are now.
