in before some douchebag says "WHY DOESNT HE JUST GET A JOB?!" without realizing that a former foster child who barely made it through high school could probably top out at $35,000 a year before tax, unless he became a personal trainer, which is impractical, if not impossible, in today's society for someone who spends hours a day on public transportation to get around and doesn't even have a cell phone...
Using the $35,000/year example:
23,000 left after tax
$250/mo avg project apt in nyc
20,000 left
$81/mo unlimited nyc subway/bus metrocard to get to the gym
19,000 left
.... that leaves about $52 per day for food, clothes, essentials (soap, toilet paper, napkins, ETC ETC), steroids, gh
.... and we just saw in the video that he spent $81 on food for one day pre-contest.
any more questions as to why the man is poor?
now STFU ahead of time, thank you.

Kai is by far my favourite pro, some people may not be able to see it, but he's actually a very lucky person. He's got a gift that very few people have. Millions of people wake up and live the same New York city life, subway here, work there, come home to nothing. Kai's got the genetics to put every other aspect of his life behind him. He may be broke, but he'll never be out the door and out of luck, too many people would take Kai in if that ever became the case. The guy's gonna be Mr. O if he nails it.
LOL, Dave's a douche he just had to say the word grapefruit. I remember Bob Chick making fun of Kai on pro radio last year, pfff, who's the man now?Last edited by Contract Killer; 01-08-2009 at 09:15 PM.

x3 and repped.... I could'nt have said it any better myself. dude risks it all to compete, shows how much he loves it... What type of job is a guy going to get in the city making decent money without any steady working backround? I mean, he could go back to stripping or whatever he did in the past, but you think he really wants to do that?
I was wondering the same thing, but then I figured it was because his legs are so damn big, you can see them hitting as he walks, maybe thats it...DFAC/ANBF Natural Pro Bodybuilder
