I cant take whey any suggestion for other kind of supplement?
Hey guys, just wondering if there are any other products THAT ARE SAFE that you would suggest i should use to gain mass. Its a long explanation and i know it sucks! Just wondering if there is something out there other than rice and vege protein. Both taste deadly and i can only eat so much tuna lol.
Any suggestions would be very well appreciated

One thing I noticed is that when I mix the whey up the day before I drink it it tastes better, give that a try.
Other then that just get used to it and you will or buy fancy smancy whey that tastes good.

If you're lactose intolerant, you can take whey protein isolate which contains no lactose. If you're allergic, you could go with powedered egg white protein, which is very good.
If it's a reason other than those two, I can't imagine what it could be!

im not really sure i must have some kind of sensitivity to it ive done food sensitivity tests and it showed up ive been told to stay away from it the reason that i took the tests was because i started getting acne and since ive stopped taking the whey it has been going away slowly the acne i was getting was pretty bad.
