I went from 235 to 185 about five years ago (now 21 yrs old). I am looking to bulk up and lose my belly fat. What do you guys think of this diet? Is it okay to split up my weight lifting and cardio? Should I combine them? Should I add another protein shake? I don't want to get huge but I want to eliminate the fat around my waste and gain some muscle. Thanks for the help in advance.

I forgot to add that I also do 30 minutes of cardio after I lift weights in the morning.
