    Took a break from dieting for 2/3 months question tho (reps)

    ok lol

    I stop dieting about 2 and a half months ago. From the time i stopped dieting to today i have not gain or lost weight. Here is the thing i do look bigger and i have gained a lot of strength(took creatine for about a month and a half)..So my question is it possible that i did not lose weight because i gained it with muscle? so it balanced out?

    If you haven't noticed a number on the scale then that has to be what it is. Your new muscle weight replaced the weight of the fat lost. Either you lost a significant amount of fat, or just gained a little muscle as muscle weighs more than fat.
