I stop dieting about 2 and a half months ago. From the time i stopped dieting to today i have not gain or lost weight. Here is the thing i do look bigger and i have gained a lot of strength(took creatine for about a month and a half)..So my question is it possible that i did not lose weight because i gained it with muscle? so it balanced out?
