    Smile My Lean Mass Diet + Supplements

    Hey guys

    I am currently 5'11 and 225lbs. Looking to pack on some more mass whilst keeping things fairly clean. Nutrition totals are estimates as lunch and dinner will vary between chicken/beef/fish. Intrested to hear what people think of the supplements aswell.
