help with bulk diet!!!

Ok I need some help which diet so you think is better for me?

1)

Meal 1:

1 cup of egg whites
2 whole eggs
1/2 cup kidney beans
1 cup non-starch vegetable of choice
50 grams cashews
1 small piece of fruit


Meal 2:

400 grams of plain yogurt
2 scoops of whey {mixed in with yogurt}
50 grams almonds
1 Tablespoon of peanut butter


Meal 3:

7oz chicken breast
large salad
1 teaspoon flax oil
1 teaspoon olive oil
50g cheddar


Meal 4:

7 oz lean beef
large salad
1 teaspoon flax oil
1 teaspoon olive oil
50g walnuts

Meal 5:
Protein shake (whey+1cup oats+2 spoons PB)

_________GYM___________

Protein shake


Meal 6:

{this is the first solid post work out meal, an hour after lifting}

7oz chicken breast
large salad
1 piece of fruit
50g brown rice {dry weight}
100g sweet potato
Shake

Meal 7:

{second solid PWO meal}

1 cup egg whites
1 piece of fruit
50g rolled oats {dry weight}

Amounts to approximately:

Calories: 4650 Protein: 390 Carbs: 480 Fat: 150


2)



Meal 1:

1 cup egg whites
2 whole eggs
1/2 cup beans
1 cup non-starch vegetable of choice
50g cashews
1 piece of fruit


Meal 2:

1 cup egg whites
2 whole eggs
1 piece of fruit
50 grams of mozzarella


Amounting to approximately:

Calories: 3900? Protein: 320? Carbs: 270? Fat: 185?

Oh BTW Im trying to do a "lean" bulk

Help with what? You didn't ask any questions.

Also, 4650 calories @ 159 lbs? Wow. I am your same weight and I eat about 3500 to maintain, 4000 to bulk. You might be excessive.

I want someone to critic my diet, and yeah I think 4600+calories is to much for me but I thought I could do some cardio to make things "even"

Eat both. 4600 cals look fine to me. Quit worrying about a little fat gain. Eat that everyday, lift heavy, get your rest, and you'll be twice as big as these kids that are telling you to cut back the cals.
