    how can I get a WIDER chest?

    Ok currently I work my chest and bis on monday... my chest program looks like this....

    Bench 3-4x6-12
    Incline
    Cable Flies


    My chest is pretty large, but I cant get it wider the upper and center are good but not towards the outter part or my body....any pointers?

    also sometimes I do pushups, I know you shouldnt go above 15 reps on wieghted excersises but is it ok to do 20+ with pushups?

    Ive always done cable/db flies for this, maybe just play with the angle on the cables until you really feel it in your armpit area of the chest.

    Dumbell flies and pullover. Pullover is a must have in your rutine if you want wider chest. imho

    to build the pectoral minor you usually do bench but only lift the bar half the height with your hands close together .. maybe try a wider grip when you bench
