    Cool Ur advice on Fish oil

    Whats up everyone.. am new here and i need some help... what is the best fish oil out there ..i bought triple omega 369 today..

    It really doesn't matter. Just get enough EPA and DHA and you'll be fine.

    I get about 1.8g EPA/DHA per day. Lot of people take more, the bottle recommends less.

    Dosnt really matter the cheaper stuff is going to be less potent... jus make sure you get thr right does everyday
