NutriSysTem?
I tried it once, about 2 yrs ago. The food was awesome, and i didn?t loose wt?more like maintained it. THough, i wasn?t drinking nowhere near as much water as i do now, and i wasn?t even exercising so umm?yeah, terrible lol Anyways, my question I already prep/cook my meals about a week in advanced, but thought about switching it up, possibly making my "cooking" routine a little easier, hell?maybe take a off for the month as far as cooking, and try this again? It wouldn?t be long term, cause i do enjoy my cooking. Any suggestions? Is nutrisystem a big no no?

In my opinion, you'd be better off sticking to cooking and prepping your own meals. So many chemicals and unecessary additives in their food. And it's much more cost effective to buy your own food.

I agree with the above reply.
Also, why go with something that you're only going to use short-term? That makes things harder to stick with. When you're cooking your own meals and eating clean, that's something you can stick with +++is cost effective.

I would recommend not doing it...fitness is a lifestyle not a quick or temporary fix..you can do this on your own girl!

You are the first person I've heard say the food was good. My old bosses (older maried couple) were on it and disgusted by it every single day. And I hated when they cooked the chili's and dinners, they stunk SO bad.
