What Im lifting - Any good?

Morning all,
Just wanted to post a few stats & ask what people thought about my weights im lifting.... been lifting for a while now and noticed 'vast' improvement.

I have got some pics posted on this site up till October time last year... since then I have been bulking till the new year and am now on a cut (for summer) first aim is an intense 6 weeks - low carb - high protein - no alcohol diet and lots of fast twitch muscle workouts & increased cardio.
I will post some pics after the first 6 weeks.

I was wondering though about my current lifting stats - when Im in the gym I feel strong - look big and seem to lift more than the average 'Joe' but I wanted to see what you thought so here goes:

Body Stats:
5ft 7" .... currently 13.5stone/89Kg's... Bicep=15inch / Thigh=21.5inch / chest=43inch / waist=34inch

Weights:
Flat Bench Press Max - 100kg
Incline "" "" "" - 70Kg
Shoulder Press (Smith) - 60Kg
Squat (Smith) 110Kg
Leg Press - 115Kg (max on machine)
Seated Row - 100Kg (easy - max on machine)
DumbBell Curl - 18Kg (Reps of 5 each arm)

Now i dont usually train to maximum weight - I mix it up but generally like to stick to about 75% of max and then get plenty of reps out to really pump the muscle.

Can people comment please on the stats ... should I be aiming higher?
I see some guys jump on the bench press and push out 180Kg but their form is terrible!!!

Any comments welcome -cheers guys.

I'd say don't use machines for shoulder presses and squats. Also, if you squat enough you shouldn't be able to do leg presses ;p

Barbells aren't for everyone though, so down to preferrence I guess. Weights looking good though, but a seated row @ 100kg is easier to do than a bent over row @ 100kg, could try free weights on them as well maybe, see how you get on?

My 2 cents.

Patrick - cheers for the reply mate.
My gym is only small .... I like it that way... but a draw back is a lack of equipment at times.

Cos its small getting the barbell (olympic bar) out for the squats etc is not always practical - hence jumping on the smith.

Also I do squats on a different day to my usual leg day (weird I know - again its cos of the space)

I generally train squats/deads/bent over row/T Bar Row etc all together ... leg days incorporate the leg press.

As for the seated row (cables) I just mentioned it for the weight value ... i do mix it up with dumbbell rows (much harder ;-) )

All in all im pretty happy with my progress ... As i mentioned in the first message I have just switched (for my 6 week cut) to a 'fast twitch workout' -got the outline for it from a fitness magazine.
Really enjoying it at the moment & getting great pumps.

Thanks again.
